| Ciro's Italian Bistro has been reinvented as Ciro's at 728 Main. Our menu is heavily
Italian-cuisine oriented featuring many of the dishes that have delighted diners for years. The atmosphere has changed to a more bistro-like setting. We've installed a beautiful 28 foot granite
topped bar and occaisionally feature live acts after-hours on the weekends. Our food quality is second to none. We use the freshest and highest quality ingredients. And unlike
some other restaurants, many of our recipes are really family recipes. |

Because of our exacting nature we make almost everything
that we serve from scratch, this includes our fresh mozzarella and our
unbelievable Italian bread. We only use the same pasta that we serve at home. Why sacrifice quality to save a few pennies? It's this
kind of attention to detail that keeps customers coming back for more.
