Frequent Diner Program

We have a great way to earn free food! It's through our frequent diner program. Basically get rewards through purchases in the restaurant. You receive 1 Frequent Diner Point (FDP) for each dollar spent in the restaurant (excluding taxes and pizza -pizza has its own separate rewards program). When you reach 250 points your account is credited with a $25 reward towards your next purchase. This reward can be used for anything except alcoholic beverages and sales tax. If the eligible portion of your check is less than $25 you won't lose anything. The unused points will be credited to your account towards the next reward.

Every time you buy a pizza at the restaurant your FDP account is credited with "pizza points". A slice gets you 1 point, a small pie gets you 5, a medium gets you 7 and a large gets you 10. Once you have 100 points in your account you receive credit towards a large cheese pizza (you just pay the sales tax).

The best thing of all? You don't have to do anything except remember your FDP number or your name! We handle all the paperwork, there are no cards or rebate forms to worry about. Simply tell your server when you are seated that you are an FDP member (or when you place your to-go order). Just like dining at Ciro's, nothing could be easier! It's our way of saying thanks for dining with us and "Come on back!"

FDP Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Frequent Diner Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

	You can't use the FDP rewards to pay for alcoholic beverages.
	Sales tax on the original check amount must be paid by the customer. No set-off of taxes is allowed,
	You can never receive cash back as change from your reward. Unused portions of your reward will be returned to your frequent diner account at the rate of $0.10 per point (example, you use $20 of your reward leaving $5.00 or 50 points to be returned to your account towards the next reward points requirement).
	Points and rewards are non-transferrable.
	Rewards can only be used on a subsequent visit to the restaurant and not for the check that caused the reward.
	Large checks, say over $500 may cause two rewards to be given. However, only one reward at a time per check may be redeemed. As usual, the unused points will be available for subsequent visits.
	Unused rewards have no cash value. In the event of the restaurant ceasing operations for any reason or program termination, all rewards are null and void.
	Ciro's Restaurant Corporation will make a good faith effort to ensure that all information given to us on applications to our Frequent Diner Program will be kept confidential, and will not be intentionally disclosed to other parties.
	Ciro's Restaurant Corporation reserves the right to terminate this program or modify it in any way at its sole discretion without notice.
	To keep track of your account check the bottom of your check for your account status. Note that in order to receive FDP credit you must have given your name and/or FDP number to the server or the person taking your take-out order. Once your bill has been cashed, we can't go back in and add the points. The best way to check that you will receive credit is to look for your name at the top of the check and your FDP account status at the bottom.
