Ciro's Italian Bistro has been in operation since May 21, 1996. It has been providing many fine meals to many thousands of patrons in that time. The restaurant interior is styled to evoke those old New York City bistros located downtown. From the original copper ceiling to the 11,000 bricks that we used to make the interior walls and wood-burning brick oven to bake pizza, it truly is a special place. We have two dining rooms so we can host parties of up to 60 people depending on seating.

We are located at 728 Main Street in Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The telephone number is 570.476.CIRO (2476). We are open every day of the year except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our hours are: Monday-Thursday: 11:00pm to 2:00am. Friday-Saturday: 11:30am to 4:00am.

Ciro's has a full liquor license and features many fine wines, beer and spirits. All of our food items are available for take-out as is beer by the six or twelve pack.

Our food is freshly prepared, using the finest quality ingredients available, and all meals are made to order (please allow us the time to cook it right). If you have any concerns or special dietary needs regarding our ingredients please do not hesitate to consult your server. Our kitchen is more than happy to honor special requests if you don’t mind allowing us some extra time to prepare them. Please notify the manager or your server if there is any problem with your dining experience. We will do our best to immediately correct it.

Children’s portions of many entrees are available for a reduced price. Our non-meat dishes are all Vegetarian-safe. Please do not be offended if, when ordering alcoholic drinks, we ask for proof of age. Please note that, by law, we cannot serve inebriated guests. Ciro’s is a non-smoking establishment.

We accept American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Carte Blanche, MasterCard, VISA charge cards and Traveler's Checks.

Menu items, prices and how food is prepared and served are subject to change without notice. Since all of our food is freshly prepared we may sell out of some popular items. Most menu items are available for take-out.

Please note that there is a $3.00 per plate sharing charge and that dinner is served from 4pm until closing. Items that are only on the lunch menu may be purchased at dinner for a higher price but the portions are typically larger.
